What Is a Client Registry?

Client registries, also called customer data integration (CDI) hubs, collect information about the clients and prospects that you do business with to create a single, trusted view of your customers.  Typically, client registries gather data from customer relationship management (CRM) tools and other databases used by businesses to generate marketing campaign lists, audit exposure to risk, and compile a list of overlapping clients during mergers and acquisitions.
